I know it is hard to lose those extra pounds especially being a full time mom and working full time. I find that if I follow the steps I am about to give you that I am successful at working and being a mom. First, wake up before everyone else. This is your time. You can pray and meditate and walk all at the same time. Second, when it is lunch time eat healthy and take your time. In a rush try Medifast.com. This is a quick solution without the calories. Third, it is okay not to clean the whole house at night. Wait until the weekend (besides it will be dirty before you go to sleep). Read a good book instead before bed.
