The last exercise that you’ll want to do is crunches on an exercise ball. These are basic crunches that you can perform on an exercise ball while not going more than 45 degrees up. Once you complete one rep, return to the starting position and repeat for a total of twenty to forty reps until you feel a good burn. That will be considered one set. Rest for sixty seconds and repeat the exercises again for a total of twenty to thirty repetitions. You’ll want to complete 4-5 sets in all to get a good burn. With these tips in mind you should be well on your way to getting the six pack that you’ve been dreaming of.
