A seminary should promote serious learned research in an scholarly atmosphere committed to excellence in learning, a biblical worldview, religious insightfulness, and social moral sense. It needs to create a ministerial equilibrium between the intellectual, practical, Theology Degree and sacred commitment to Christ, His Word and His service.
A theological educating center must build up the qualities necessary for church leadership as written in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and the faculty should pass along to pupils through illustration and principle. Likewise central is the growth of men and women to be independent learners who read and think.A seminary must strive to create men
