Hello Sulabh,

You raised a clever question, this is a thought which exists in mind of most of the freelancers. While offering your services as a freelancer, one must make sure that he can accumulate the favorable feed backs from clients in a proper manner. Your projects must be attached with the areas you worked upon with your profile, and the experience you gained must be specified strongly. I am a freelancer on eZdia. I found it great as my public profile on eZdia covers all this. I keep my public profile's URL in all my online resumes and profiles. I find it easy forwarding my eZdia profile to all the employers and recruiting companies. It helps a lot.

Best Regards, Ankit
References :
http://ezdia.com

You would need firm proof of your freelancing activities including favorable feedback from your clients.
