I wish to post a web design project which needs some database programming, but I have a very low budget. I’d be grateful if someone could help me out…

   Im not sure about where to find inexpensive freelancers online, but if there’s a college in your area try contacting someone over there. I’m a graphic design student and whenever a company or individual needs our help they either post a flyer or contact one of our professors who then asks us. The more compitition between students means an overall better product and cheaper cost for you.
