While there are potentially hundreds or thousands of topics on which you could focus with mlm training to make your team a successful organization you will have to master these skills. First of all, your distributors will have to know how to sell. This seems like common sense but network marketers often get so obsessed with recruiting that they fail to get product volume moving through their team. Everyone in your downline does not have to become Tom Hopkins or Zig Ziglar but they do have to know how to produce enough sales to meet their personal production goals. Second, your team must know how to recruit and build. Third, your team must know how to motivate their team members. There is nothing like positive reinforcement and recognition to keep distributors motivated through tough times. Lastly, your team must know how to train. They must be able to train others leaders how to sell, recruit, motivate, and they must be able to train other leaders on how to train.
