If you want to build strength and cosntantly make sure that you are getting stronger and stronger instead of just wasting your time in the gym there are a couple of things you need to be aware of. First of all you want to make sure that you are cosntantly lifting heavier and heavier gyms and pushing yourself to greatness in the gym cosntantly. Secondly you want to make sure that you are working out for strength and not for mass, these are two different ways to train and require two totally different approaches, if you are doing the wrong one you one get results.
